The staff was accommodating to all my changes.

I was outraged to find that my room key didn't work, forcing me to run repeatedly back and forth. Even worse, when I finally got into my room, the shower wouldn't drain properly, leading to an incredibly frustrating stay. I was moved to another room, but it shouldn't have gotten to that point in the first place.

For over 300 euros a night, I expected way more than just basic essentials and a breakfast that doesn’t compensate for everything else.
